Find a Title X Family Planning Clinic in Your Area
Title X clinics provide confidential services free of charge to clients with incomes at or below the federal poverty level. Services are offered on a sliding fee scale for clients with incomes up to 250 percent of the federal poverty level. Title X clinics provide:

  • Gynecological examinations and basic lab tests
  • Breast and cervical cancer screenings
  • Contraceptive counseling and supplies
  • Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases
  • HIV testing and risk reduction counseling
  • Pregnancy testing
  • General health screenings for high blood pressure, diabetes and anemia
  • Community education and outreach

CareSTL Health offers well-woman exams, pregnancy testing, prenatal care, delivery services, family planning, and education on HIV/AIDS and STIs to all ages at their three healthcare sites.

The Contraceptive Choice Center offers well woman exams, PAP smears, sexually transmitted infection testing, treatment, emergency contraception, birth control, LARC methods, same day insertions, female providers available, evening hours, accepts most insurance plans, accepts uninsured patients on a sliding fee scale.

Their website provides more information on accessing healthcare services, including listings of all county health departments.

People's Health Centers offers OB-GYN services, family planning, HIV/AIDS testing and counseling at four locations.

The SPOT is a community center for anyone from 13 to 24 can to hang out, watch TV, use a computer, grab a snack, find a job, see a doctor, get tested for pregnancy or STIs, get birth control, or talk to a counselor, all for free.
